How to Return an Item

If you have goods you wish to return, please email us of your intent to return as soon as possible so we can sort out your return quickly and easily.

To start a return, please contact us via email at: xryowear@gmail.com or via our Contact Page with the following:

Subject of the email set as 'Return'

Your order number. 

Your full name. 

A list of the items you wish to return if you are after a partial return.

We will provide a return address in reply to your email. Please ensure we receive your parcel within 30 days of purchase. 

Exchanges

We do not offer a traditional exchange service. Instead, please order replacements online in the usual way.  When we receive your original items back, we will issue a refund. 

Please follow the return instructions above for the items you wish to exchange.

Terms and Conditions

All returned goods and their packaging must be in brand new pristine condition, suitable for re-sale to another customer.  Labels must be attached to the product.

For goggles and goggle lenses, returns will only be accepted if the original plastic film protecting the lens has not been removed.

If a returned item is lost in transit, you will need to make a claim against the courier.

If we send you the wrong goods or faulty items, we will refund or issue a credit note to cover your return delivery charges providing you obtain our consent by email and use the return delivery method that we stipulate. Customers shall pay return delivery charges in all other instances.

If items are not returned within 30 days of purchase your return will be rejected and a refund will not be issued.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.                  

Exclusions:

Package Deals - The return of items such as a pair of goggles with an additional low-light lens can’t be returned or exchanged separately and need to be returned together.
